You can choose between different payment methods. Simply select the payment method that suits you best. The shipping costs are partly dependent on the selected payment method.

Payment by invoice
Please understand that we reserve the right to require payment in advance from first-time customers. The goods remain the property of Strumpf Dirks GmbH until full payment has been received. Terms of payment: 30 days net or 10 days 3% discount from date of invoice.

Payment by direct debit authorisation
Terms of payment: Within 7 days with 4% discount

Retention of title, transport damage

Strumpf Dirks GmbH retains title to all goods delivered by it to a customer until final and full payment of the delivered goods.

Insofar as Strumpf Dirks GmbH replaces goods under warranty, it is hereby agreed that ownership of the goods to be replaced shall pass reciprocally from the customer to Strumpf Dirks GmbH or vice versa at the point in time at which Strumpf Dirks GmbH receives the goods back from the customer or the customer receives the replacement delivery from Strumpf Dirks GmbH.

Strumpf Dirks GmbH assumes the transport risk for you! Notwithstanding your right of cancellation, if goods arrive that have been damaged in transit, you can of course return them to us free of charge.
